Chris Dowen MoRServ Operations Director (Risk and Intelligence) was initially engaged to review the Risk Practices used by the Community Safety Anti-Social Behaviour Unit. The review identified several opportunities for the Borough to improve both the Operational response and wider Partnership working arrangements.
This led to MoRServ being engaged to lead a series of workshops to “Reset” the Partnership in relation to their Vision, Values and Priorities.
The work is ongoing with us supporting the Partnership to create a Strategic Needs Assessment and Community Safety Plan that will enable them to set clear priorities and operational responses to the Borough Crime and Safety issues.
This will be followed by work to create clear delivery plans, tasking and coordination arrangements, and performance framework.
